What does hosting the photo booth at an event entail? Do you just drop-off the photo booth at an event?

We provide timely delivery, set up and take down of the photo booth and staffing for the duration of your scheduled rental period. We cheerfully host the photo booth to ensure a great experience for your guests and to keep things running smoothly. The attendant can provide assistance or posing suggestions as needed (like you really need it). The attendant can also help guests in putting together a custom photo scrapbook/guest book, if you choose that option.

Can we choose black & white or color prints? How long does it take to print my photos? Are the prints good quality? What size prints can I get? Are there other options for how the photos are printed?

Photos are available in B&W, Color, or Sepia within 15 seconds after the poses are taken. The prints are high resolution and archive quality...plus 100% chemical free with no ink to dry, smudge or fade.

Option A: 2 of 2x6" strips - great for scrapbooks and party favors plus logo/message.
Option B: 4x6" print with 4 poses and a personalized message or logo.

How many sessions does your booth take per hour?
How many pictures does your booth take per hour?

Our photo booths take 4 photos per session. We can do about 50 sessions an hour which is about 200 photos per hour. After each session, the four photos are printed out on a single sheet of photo paper. Some companies have booths that do 6 photos per session. Because each session takes longer though they can only do around 35-40 sessions per hour and thus less people get to use the booth per hour. Bigger is not always better.

While we can program our booths to do any number of photos, we have found that four is the perfect balance between efficiency and letting people just have fun. If you have a special situation that requires a high volume of people to go through the booth in a short amount of time we recommend renting two booths or simply having a single picture per session.

How much floor space will the booth take up? Will you need anything besides electricity? Is it wheel chair accessible?

Floor Space Needs: 3.5'x 5.5' - It fits 3 comfortably, but we've seen 12 or more people crammed inside. Plan to place the booth where the wait line will not interfere with your event. Additionally, the booth is wheel chair accessible by removal of the bench. If you want the guest book option, a small table will be needed to place supplies and have space for people to sign the guest book.

Can I have the booth upstairs, outside, or in locations where there is no electricity?

Our booths are easily transported making most locations possible. Generally speaking it is best to have the photo booth inside close to an electricity outlet. However, we can run our booth on batteries for an extra fee.

Can we choose the color of the background? Can we use our own background? Can you do green screen so I can have any background I want?

Our default background is white. We can accommodate other colors with advance notice. If you wish to use your own background make sure it is at least 4 feet wide and 9 feet long. Instead of using a normal background, we can use a green screen background and virtually add any background our clients want. Please inquire about pricing.

We would like the outside of the booth to be a certain color to match the decor of our reception/party/venue is this possible? Can you make custom booth sides with pictures and graphics on them?

All of our booths are black or a dark navy blue; these conservative colors will compliment any decor. We can do custom booths imprinted with a clients' photo, logo, text or saying. Please inquire about pricing.

We would like photos from the booth projected onto a large projection screen as a little "surprise" for our guests. Can this be done?

Yes, we have screens and projectors available. We can project the photos on the screen as they are taken or wait until a certain portion of the event. Please inquire about pricing.
